Frankfort 16th March 1821

Dear Brother

James has enjoyed uninterrupted good health since you left us & has attended his school regularly & now stands head of the Class. Your other relations here are well. Nothing new has occurred here worthy your notice. We shall expect you down in the course of the next week. Preston still talks of visiting Alabama but has yet made no preparation for the journey. Will you ask Mr Woreley what he will give for two or three shares Bk KY Stock? He advertizes for some & I would sell two or three. I believe 82 is the value here. If he will give that I will forward the transfer to him.

Yours,

JB
