I have just secured a note from my friend Jacob Swigert notifying that there would come up a case to day of Green & Shearer against James Bohannon & others. I was notified of the case Some one or Two years Since and had not Given the case any attention and did not know it was in the court of appeals. Will you Give the case your best attention and if it Should be so that you can't attend to it will you confirm with Mr. Swigert who I have written to.
